Ensuring Product Quality
By conducting inspections before products leave the manufacturer’s warehouse, the likelihood of quality issues during transportation and delivery is minimized. This helps ensure that customers receive high-quality products.
Pre-shipment inspection(PSI)is a quality control and inspection service conducted before the shipment of products. Typically provided by third-party inspection agencies, this service aims to ensure that products meet specific quality standards and specifications to satisfy customer requirements and expectations. The process involves a detailed examination of various aspects of the product, including appearance, dimensions, functionality, performance, and more.
When your goods are either fully completed or at least 80% complete, it is considered the optimal time to conduct a pre-shipment inspection. Following the internationally recognized standard ANSI/ASQC Z1.4 (ISO 2859-1), we perform random sampling of your goods and conduct a comprehensive quality assessment on the selected samples.
This involves a series of product tests and AQL inspections. Our inspection checklist is tailored to your unique product and the quality standards of your target market. Any specific requirements you have will be incorporated into the inspection process.
