Full Inspection

Inspect every one of your products to ensure a 100% pass rate. Every passionate inspector at NBN will assist in launching your brand to new heights!

Full Inspection is a quality control process where every unit produced is thoroughly examined to ensure that each product meets the predetermined quality standards and customer requirements. Unlike spot-checking, Full Inspection leaves no product unchecked.

Why do I need a Full Inspection?

Ensuring Quality

By inspecting every product unit, Full Inspection greatly minimizes the risk of defective products entering the market.

Customer Confidence

Full Inspection provides the highest degree of assurance in product quality, increasing customer confidence in the product and brand.

Suitable for High-Value Products

For high-value or high-risk products (such as medical devices, safety-critical components), Full Inspection is a crucial step in quality assurance.

Compliance with Strict Standards

In industries or markets with stringent requirements, Full Inspection helps ensure that products fully comply with all relevant standards and regulations.

Application scenarios

- The value of the goods is high, and conducting a full inspection to ensure 100% compliance is cost-effective for me.

- We have high-quality requirements for this batch and must achieve expected quality through full inspection.

- After multiple failed sampling inspections, full inspection is necessary to meet expected quality.

- To avoid additional losses from customer returns and protect our brand image.

Our process of Full Inspection

When our client books a full inspection with us, we promptly contact the supplier to seek their agreement for the inspection and to confirm the inspection date. Prior to the inspection, we determine the number of inspectors to dispatch based on the product characteristics, inspection requirements, and order quantity (generally, the inspection takes place at the supplier's factory), ensuring they have sufficient time to complete the entire inspection process.

Key steps of Full Inspection:

Tip

We suggest that, if possible, the products should not be packaged before the Full Inspection; they should be packed after the inspection. This approach is recommended to save inspection time, and avoid damage to the products and packaging caused by repeated packing.

Step 1.

Count the quantity of all completed products.

Step 2.

Verify the appearance, functionality, dimensions, weight, labeling, packing, and shipping marks.

Step 3.

Inspect every product (100% check) as per the client's requirements, segregate and categorizing all defective products.

Step 4.

Record the number of all categorized defective products and take detailed pictures of each type of defect.

Step 5.

Count the quantity of acceptable products after inspection.
